Privacy Policy

Last updated October 20, 2026.

Roosevelt High School Golden Grads ("Golden Grads," "we," "us") is a volunteer alumni association for Roosevelt High School graduates of 50 years or more. This policy explains what information we collect through rhsgoldengrads.org, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Information you give us when you join, renew, register for an event, donate or contact us: your name, maiden or former name, graduation year, mailing address, email, phone, and any notes you choose to share.
• Payment records: the amount, date and purpose of a payment. We never see or store card numbers. Online payments are handled entirely by our membership platform's secure, hosted payment processor.
• Basic site information such as pages visited and your browser type, collected automatically by the website platform to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

• To manage your membership, dues and donations, and send receipts.
• To share news, the Grapevine newsletter, luncheon details and In Memoriam notices.
• To help classmates reconnect through the members-only directory.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

The member directory

The directory and the member archive are visible only to logged-in members. You control which of your details appear there. You can change this any time from your profile after you log in, or ask us to make the change for you.

Who can see your information

Only Golden Grads board members and volunteers who need it for their role, such as membership, treasurer or newsletter duties. Our website, membership records and payments are hosted by WildApricot, which stores the data on our behalf under its own privacy and security practices. We may disclose information if required by law.

Cookies

The site uses cookies that are needed for it to work, such as keeping you logged in and remembering that you've seen our cookie notice. We don't use advertising cookies.

Your choices

• Update your details from your member profile, or ask us to.
• Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, or by contacting us.
• Ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or to delete it. We may keep payment records as required for our financial records.
